The Managing Director Mr. Maya Prakash Rai did his graduation (B.Sc) from D.N. Degree College Meerut and joined S.V.R. Engg. College Surat for a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He successfully completed the course in 1973.

He joined M/s walchand Nagar Industries Pune in 1973 as Asst. Engineer. After spending Five years with them, he was fortunate enough to join M/s Thermax India Pvt. Ltd. as Design Engineer. During his tenure with Thermax the turning point of life emerged and the idea of having own manufacturing unit germinated.

It was a humble start and Urjex Boilers Pvt. Ltd. came into being in 1983 and started it’s operations at S–26 Industrial Estate Partapur, Meerut : Gradually the things started moving, there were hurdles, obstacles and bottle necks but the sheer determination to succeed paid its dividends. Urjex Boilers have been in the line for the last THREE decades now.

Still Urjex Boilers consider themselves as learners and it is a process for them. Synthesization and assimilation of technical developments and changes is always given top priority.

Mr. Urjeshh Rai MBA joined family Business as CEO in 2005.
